Installing RingCentral App for Phone access through Computer

1. Sign in to Cardinal Apps |

2. Click on the Ring Central App |

3. On the Tools drop-down click on App Gallery |
| |
4. Click on the Ring Central App |
| |
5. Click on the option in the blue drop-down that matches your Computer Operating System. |
| |
6. Click on download to install. 7. Click on Single Sign-On |
| |
8. Enter your email address |
| |
9. Enter your Cardinal Apps Credentials |
| |
10. If an Orange Bar appears, Click Confirm Address. |
| |
11. Click Confirm |
| |
12. Click on File > Preferences |
| |
13. Ensure that the option for Phone Calls is turned on |
