Adobe Acrobat Pro Overview

- Editing and revising PDF files
- Converting PDFs to and from Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, and image files
- Compressing PDF documents to reduce file size or merging multiple files into one PDF
- Securing and encrypting PDFs through password protection, user assignment, or end-to-end encryption
Acrobat Pro Availability
Adobe Acrobat Pro is available for all faculty and staff at UIW.
- Know there is a web version of Acrobat Pro, which does not have all the features as the desktop version.
- We recommend downloading Acrobat Pro desktop for Windows and macOS.
- Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge users can install an Acrobat web extension for quick access to the web version's feature set.
